TasALERT is administered by the Department of Premier and Cabinet within the Tasmanian Government.
The Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPAC) makes information available about our programs, policies and services to help the public understand what we do. We also regularly publish information on our decisions, finances and corporate structure to show how the Department works.
The Right to Information Act 2009 provides for greater access to information held by government bodies by encouraging the regular disclosure of information.
